Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure safety, professionalism, and respect for your time and mine. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments (you will be sent details of how to pay this after booking, on the number you provide). This will be deducted from your final balance. Booking fees are non-transferable unless a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in rescheduling and loss of booking fee. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of booking fee and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Medical Suitability: All treatments require a full consultation. Some treatments may be refused based on medical history, lifestyle factors, or unrealistic expectations. You must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and previous aesthetic work, failure to do so may result in complications for which I cannot be held liable. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients cannot be treated with injectables, PRP, or fat dissolving. Consent & Photography: Before and after photographs are taken as part of your medical record. These may also be used for marketing. Treatment Expectations: Results vary per person. No guarantees can be made regarding outcome, longevity, or reaction. Dermal filler results are immediate but may include swelling, bruising, asymmetry, or temporary irregularities. Anti-wrinkle results develop over 3–14 days. A top-up is only offered if necessary, not for no reason. PRP, microneedling, and fat dissolving require a course for best results—this will be advised in consultation. I do not work over poorly placed or migrated filler. You may be required to dissolve prior to treatment. Aftercare & Responsibility Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided post-treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare guidance. Any complications arising from failure to do so are not the liability of the practitioner. In the rare event of a complication, you must contact me immediately so appropriate action can be taken. Complaints, Refunds & Corrections: I do not offer refunds for treatments that have been carried out, under any circumstance. Corrections are only offered if there is a clinical reason, not for change of mind. Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the treatment.
